Edit: After 30 days.
I did it! 30 days of sit-ups, push-ups and squats each and every day without fail. Even on the busiest of days I managed to somehow fit it in, and some days were pretty crazy. It feels good to have committed to and accomplished something like this. I think it’s compounded my belief that I can commit to anything I put my mind towards. I’m glad I stuck to it. I’m not sure if I feel the difference or if I look different but my knees hurt so there’s that 🥲 oh and I have abs of steel now, obviously 😅.
It was good to have something to focus on each day, but it did become a bit boring so I’m also glad it’s over and I can look to the next … challenge?? 😬

I’ve seen fitness activities advertised like ‘do 100 sit-ups a day in April to raise money for charity’ or ‘do 100 push-ups’ or ‘do 100 squats’. I’ve never really committed to anything like this before so I thought why not try now, and make it extra challenging by doing all 3 things; 100 sit-ups, push-ups and squats each day for 30 days 😬. I’m calling it the 100 Triple. I’m sure something like this will exist already, this is my take on it.
This may be a physically terrible idea 🥲 or…. I could become a super human athlete by the end. I think I know which of those will be the outcome 😉
Motivation for this is mainly I want to do it for myself, commit to something fitness related and accomplish it. I exercise most days but I feel this would be a bigger challenge and something to put my mind towards. I’d also donate to some good causes when I finish it, so that’s extra motivation to do it. Plus, I designed this stuff so I can’t allow that to go to waste and back out now 😬

RIP to future legs, abs and arms.
(not an April fools joke)
